2022 CPE Fall meeting

Health and Safety Statement

The Coalition for Physician Enhancement’s (CPE) number one priority is the health and safety of our event attendees. We recognize that it is impossible to remove all risks, particularly COVID, so we have designed a health and safety plan to create the best possible experience while attending our 2022 Fall Meeting.

Policies for this meeting are set according to CDC and public health recommendations, federal, state, and local regulations applicable at the time of the event. CPE will continue to monitor COVID developments, including infection rates, CDC guidelines, and local mandates over the coming weeks and may adapt our onsite approach as needed.

As of July 24, 2022, Louisville is categorized as having HIGH COVID community Levels. The Louisville/Jefferson County metro area has among the highest vaccination rates in the state, 69.9% have received at least one dose, 60.4% have received at least two doses or a single Johnson & Johnson dose, and 28.9% have received a booster shot. Louisville has no mandate requiring proof of vaccine or negative COVID test to enter public spaces.

For the fall CPE conference in Louisville, Kentucky:

 ·       CPE strongly recommends all attendees be fully vaccinated. However, CPE will not require proof of vaccination to attend the Fall Meeting.

These policies will be evaluated frequently as we approach the date of the event, and we encourage you to monitor CPE communications and event webpage, http://cpe.memberlodge.org/event-4842240 in the event changes are necessary to protect the health and safety of attendees.

CPE may change, update, or add to these requirements as it deems best to protect the health and safety of all attendees.
